Annual Pancake Breakfast and Open House

On May 13th, the city of Los Angeles will celebrate Fire Service Recognition Day. Visit your local fire station and spend time with the men and women who serve and protect your neighborhood 24/7/365. It's the best type of open house - lots of cool gear to see and nice people to visit with.

There will be a series of activities throughout the city, taking place from 10AM through 4PM. Special events will take place in:

  • Sherman Oaks (Rescue Displays and Air Ops)
  • Woodland Hills
  • Pacific Palisades
  • Tujunga
  • Downtown Los Angeles (Olvera Street)
  • Hollywood (LAFD Museum)
  • San Pedro (Fire Boats)
  • Exposition Park

The Los Angeles Fire Department Historical Society will host its annual pancake breakfast, outside the museum and next door to Fire Station 27 in Hollywood. C Platoon will be working that day, so come by and have some great food and enjoy the hear of Hollywood. The museum will be open from 10AM through 4PM.
